An Interview with Tom Hiddleston(Loki) In Ace Comi Con
Loki, The first villain of the Avengers and probably the most loved villain of the marvel. He has appeared in 5 MCU movies so far and he nailed in every one of them. His last appearance was in the Infinity war where, unfortunately, Thanos crushed his neck. The death of Loki broke the heart of all Marvel fans and his last words “You will never be a God” to Thanos, still make us cry. Most of the fans want him back in the Marvel movies but MCU is still silent on this.
So, here’s the news for the Marvel fans, Tom Hiddleston broke his silence about his role after Infinity war. “So, I’ve known about that scene for two years. I met with Marvel in May 2016, and they were actually telling me the story of Ragnarok with concept art and images. The Russos came in, and I introduced myself. So, all four of us sat down, and they said this is how Infinity War begins. My whole journey through making Thor: Ragnarok — I knew this was coming. By the end of Thor: Ragnarok, Loki has been accepted as Thor’s brother again,” Tom Hiddleston said.
Just when we thought everything was back to normal and, Loki and Thor together were heading to the Earth. Tragically enough, it was not the happy ending as Thanos attacked at their ship and Killed him along with Asgardians.
Tom Hiddleston added that he was happy that how the role of Loki ended and said: “When I came to shoot the scene in Infinity War, I think it’s very powerful he calls himself an Odinson, and that closes the whole journey of Loki and what he can do.” He went on to say that Loki’s death established just how mighty Thanos is and sets up the stakes for Infinity War.
He hated Thor and Odin his whole life but Thor: Ragnarok showed another story. As a matter of fact, the plot made us believe that he loved his father and Odin loved him. Though this might seem odd, in Infinity war he gave up Tesseract to save Thor and called himself Loki Odinson first time in MCU.
